This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.

Job Summary
Join our NBA Entertainment Production team in a Production Coordinator (PE) entry level position. You will be helping to manage logistics for our Content Production team who tells the stories of our leagues, our teams, and its players during the season. This position will focus on all things related to content management, logistics, budgeting, tracking and administrative tasks Major.

Major Responsibilities:

    • Process and reconcile credit cards.

    • Process invoices and tracking/troubleshooting

    • Shoot release tracking / management

    • Work with Production Managers to open new projects and track Job Authorizations

    • Event budget tracking assistance

    • Footage searches for Broadcast Partners

    • Updating unit reports

    • Content tracking

    • Assist with content delivery to internal stakeholders and partners

    • Ensuring final delivery files are appropriately delivered to different social, digital and broadcast channel (Aspera and SharePoint) in various file formats

    • Assist with music cue sheets.

    • Availability for assignment to field shoots

    • Various administrative tasks Required Skills/Knowledge

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well across departments, with clients and with business partners

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple projects at the same time

    • Knowledge of the digital and social media landscape

    • Knowledge of basketball references, nuances and terminology

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact professionally with individuals inside and outside the company

    • Ability to work under tight timeframes and deliver high quality work

    • Ability and flexibility to work some nights and weekends

    • Interest in NBA, basketball and sports Educational Background Required

Required Education/Professional Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required • Entry Level position • Preferred area of study: Media, Communications

Salary Range: $2,307.69 Bi Weekly
