Job Summary:
This position is part of a growing Growth Marketing team with the mission to discover, inspire and engage fans around the world. The Senior Director will be responsible for leading integrated marketing efforts globally for NBA League Pass. You will lead season-long go-to-market planning, building campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment, executing seamlessly, and reporting on the success to peers and leadership. You will also be managing relationships with international regions and business partners.
You are highly organized and enjoy working through ambiguity. You enjoy working cross-functionally and inspiring teams to work towards mutual goals. You should have a strategic vision for the future of the Digital Growth function at the NBA and be capable of building and executing a step-by-step plan to translate that vision into successful strategies for League Pass. You are data-driven and use data to make decisions. You want to deeply understand the NBA fan and deliver the best experience possible for them.

Salary Range: $190,000 - $220,000
