Position Summary:

This role will support the Next Gen Telecast Content Senior Analyst in the development, management and integration of League and Team-produced alternate streams, as well as initiatives correlated to the NBA’s ongoing innovation efforts in enhancing the Next Gen viewing experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the NBA and its content. The ability to solve problems independently and work cross-functionally under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude in the face of evolving business challenges is a must for this role.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Schedule NBA alternate streams in coordination with Digital Operations, Broadcast Operations and the Content team.
  • Manage operational workflows to ensure integration into digital products, including working with cross-functional teams.
  • Support content planning and promotional efforts surrounding alternate streams and Next Gen Telecast initiatives.
  • Track and compile best practices in alternate streams, both internally as well as throughout sports and entertainment, including trends and newly launched initiatives.
  • Manage materials related to alternate streams, including telecast reports and schedules.
  • Support the creation of presentations and other materials for key internal and external audiences
  • Work with Next Gen Telecast team to build strategies for alternate streams, incorporating viewership data and industry best practices


Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2 years prior work experience in Content, Broadcasting, or Digital Media
  • Knowledge of NBA and content offerings
  • Excellent communication, writing, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow process with great detail and accuracy

Educational Background Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Salary Range: $75,000-$95,0000/annually
