Ticket Operations Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Ticket Operations Coordinator will be an energetic ticketing professional that will be charged with assisting in the implementation and execution of ticket operations for the Miami Marlins and LoanDepot park events. The main focus will be on the processing of CCI tickets, will call coverage, season ticket exchanges and other duties as assigned. This position will possess complete working knowledge of the industry standards and will be forward-thinking and open-minded.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in all facets of the Ticket Operations Department.
  • Prepare and distribute of all group and season tickets
  • Assist with game day window sales and supervision of staff
  • Assist and provide backup support for the Ticket Office vault
  • Administrative duties such as filing, fulfillment of orders and organizational duties.
  • Process all baseball and non-baseball related events requests and payments.
  • Participate in the operation of the Sales windows for all events as needed
  • Facilitation and operation of all Will Call operations including organizing, fulfillment and management of tickets.
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with all levels of ballpark staff and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers.
  • Perform customer service duties on game days upon completion of required ticket needs.
  • Perform additional ticket operations duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Focus on customer service with at least two years ticket operations experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in baseball ticket operations or similar ticketing environment preferred.
  • Superior interpersonal skills as it relates to co-workers and customers alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude and workflow.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by event scheduling.
  • Proficient with various computer software, especially the Tickets.com ProVenue ticketing software, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and as an effective team member.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
