Summary:
The Coordinator, Ticket Operations (Miami Dolphins) is responsible for assisting the Manager, Ticket Operations with all tasks and projects related to Miami Dolphins events. The primary focus of this position is to manage daily tasks for the Miami Dolphins sales, service, and ticketing teams, and assist in any other projects relating to Miami Dolphins as necessary. This role will help establish and implement key operational elements of the Ticket Offices for Miami Dolphins event days. This position will also assist in order processing and reporting for Miami Dolphins games. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a strong service background and a good understanding of ticket operations, including staff management/scheduling, customer service, Ticketmaster Host/EMT, Microsoft CRM, accounting, Microsoft Excel, TMOne tools.
Location:
- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event creation and management of all Miami Dolphins events and other Hard Rock Stadium Events (Miami Open, F1 Miami Grand Prix, Concerts, Soccer Matches etc.) when needed.
- Assist with the creation of Miami Dolphins buy-flows, membership renewals, relocation/ upgrade processes, and on-sales.
- Assist with the ticket office staff payroll, the implementation of ticket images and text, as well as the entry operations including implantation of section-based scanning rules.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure tasks and projects are being done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate event day ticket operations (ticket sales, will call, ticket resolution, and general customer service/ event operations).
- Provides Box Office administrative and customer service support as needed.
- Ability to work on Internal Miami Dolphins ticket request fulfillment & distribution.
- Provide exceptional service to both guests and internal team members.
Qualifications:
- College/University Degree or comparable work experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Ticket Office Assistant, Coordinator, Box Office Manager with experience working in a stadium/arena or large-scale event management.
- Strong Knowledge of ticket office operations and Ticketmaster Host software required, as well as, knowledge of other ticketing software (Event Management Tool (EMT), Archtics and TMOne tools).
- Knowledge of project management, resourceful problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet tight and strict deadlines.
- Ability to generate comprehensive financial reports, demonstrate results, to provide engaging leadership, to motivate and develop event ticket office staff.
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours, based on the needs of our business operations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
