Operational Finance Assistant - Six Months

The Purpose:

The role will be to support the Finance Operations team with day-to-day duties and ad hoc tasks.Working closely with the Senior Credit Controller and Sales Ledger Supervisor.

The Role:

  • Monitoring the credit control inbox and help with resolving queries for customers
  • Monitor the Sales Ledger Remittance Inbox
  • Running debtor reports
  • Chase outstanding payments
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Support the Senior Credit Controller and Sales Ledger Supervisor with month end tasks
  • Post daily banking
  • Raise invoices to customers
  • Monthly reconciliation of museum postings
  • Liaise with Internal and External customers and key stakeholders around the business
  • Provide support to The Exec Club Team around renewals and busy periods

The Person:

  • Confidence to liaise with external and internal customers
  • Ability to understand and resolve queries
  • A commitment to driving forwards continuous improvement in their working environment
  • Be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office or similar packages
  • The ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner
  • A practical approach to problem solving
  • Organised and methodical
  • Attention to detail
