We are looking for an ambitious individual to develop and build on the Club’s existing digital marketing and fan data strategy, taking a lead role on identifying digital opportunities which maximise fan engagement and revenue opportunities, as well as brand value and equity on both a local and global scale.
The Digital and Fan Data Lead will be responsible for demonstrating and executing commercial, brand and product growth, in line with business objectives, and this is an exciting new role that will become central to the Club’s marketing and digital media activity.
Taking a hands-on approach, the role will include but not be limited to management of existing first-party supporter data and new audience growth opportunities, be an expert in paid digital media and social strategy and performance, as well as overseeing the ongoing UX development of Fulham’s owned digital products - including the website and app.
Possessing a keen eye on emerging trends, the successful candidate will be required to provide analysis and insight to senior management and wider club stakeholders, measuring performance and effectiveness of activity across the Club’s digital estate as well as recommendations for innovation.
