Scouting Intern

Job Summary

The Scouting Intern will play a crucial role in our soccer scouting department, assisting in the identification and evaluation of talented players. This internship is for the 2025 Season and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in the world of soccer scouting and player recruitment. Our internships allow the individual to gain valuable experience with a professional organization for their future in the sports, entertainment, and marketing industry. All candidate hours can be flexible to accommodate with your school or work schedule. Some nights, weekends, and holidays will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Attend soccer matches and tournaments to scout potential talent.
  • Collect and analyze data on players' performance, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Assist in creating player profiles, reports, and summaries.
  • Collaborate with senior scouts and coaches to discuss potential prospects.
  • Conduct research on up-and-coming soccer talent, clubs, and competitions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to scouting operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of scouted players.
  • Provide support during the player recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Must be an active college student.
  • Must receive college credit for internship with our company.
  • Excellent interpersonal plus verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
