Reporting to the Team Lead Media Partnerships Services at FIFA Zurich, the Senior Manager, Media Partnerships Services will assume a crucial responsibility in overseeing and facilitating the provision of services to FIFA’s Broadcast Partners.


In close collaboration with the FIFA Media Partnerships Services Zurich-based team, the primary duties and oversights of the Senior Manager, Media Partnerships Services for the FIFA World Cup 26™ and Mundial de Clubes FIFA 2025™ include:

• Oversee and coordinate the preparation of all aspects of services provided to FIFA Broadcast Partners in the Host Countries, excluding host broadcast production. This encompassing role includes accommodation, accreditation, catering, customs, filming permits, frequency licensing, logistics, transportation, venue access control, visas, work permits, site visits, and more.
• Lead a team consisting of 4-6 skilled staff members based in the USA, Mexico and Canada.
• Maintain effective communication and work closely with the Zurich-based Relations and Services department.
• Forge collaborative partnership with the Host Broadcast Production organisation to determine and implement optimal unilateral services across all the broadcast venues (Stadiums, International Broadcast Center, FIFA Fan Fests, and beyond).
• Cultivate enduring relationships with key functional areas of FIFA World Cup 26™, fostering synergies and ensuring the smooth operation of essential services.
• Work hand in hand with the Relations management team to address the specific needs of Broadcast Partners during their visits to the Host Countries, providing comprehensive support throughout the preparation phase.
• Support the organisation of various workshops as well as venue tours.
• Manage and coordinate services for numerous operations and milestone events leading up to the tournaments.
• Actively contribute to the seamless delivery of services during the tournaments, always ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
• This position requires frequent travel to participate in meetings and venue tours


• Master’s degree or similar higher education in Business and/or Sports Management or equivalent education
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage
• Experience in Broadcast environment is an advantage
• Experience of working in the USA and knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit
• Experience in major sports events, FIFA World Cup ™ or other FIFA events will be an asset
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, teamwork, proactive approach, and readiness to adhere to tight deadlines
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
