Member Associations Shared Solutions and Services Lead

THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Strategic overview of the Member Association’s needs in the Outcome Area “Shared Solutions and Services” through input from MA Division’s Regional Teams and Regional Development Offices
  • Convert these needs in to actionable initiatives and efficient services and solutions that are football development focused and have the aim to increase revenue generation and cost savings of Member Associations and Confederations
  • Identify synergies that arise from similar requirements of MAs and Confederations, with a priority of those areas that are key in their operations
  • Create a business case and/ or feasibility study for shared solutions and services offerings in these areas (e.g. collective bargaining/ central procurement, bulk licences, FIFA created/ FIFA-partner developed systems)
  • Implement the relevant shared solutions and services offerings in collaboration with other FIFA divisions (e.g. mainly Partnership Sub-Division, Technology Sub-Division, etc.)
  • Operationally lead the end-to-end implementation of the services and solution (including project management, planning of resources, budget, outcome and impact)

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • A master or bachelor’s degree in (sports) business administration or another closely related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in international relations or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
  • Experience living or working abroad
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Willingness to travel
