Are you ready to join the PROS? The Detroit Pistons Rotational Opportunity is a nine-month graduate rotational program focused on developing well rounded talent through an immersive learning experience!

As the Revenue Graduate Associate, you will learn the core proficiencies of corporate partnerships and group sales throughout our Graduate Associate rotational program!Associates will spend 4 - 5 months in two different departments throughout their vertical focus. We are seeking a team member with a positive, upbeat outlook that can lead and connect with a diverse population!

What youโ€™ll be doing:

Corporate Partnerships

  • Assists Engagement team members with the day-to-day operations to fulfill partnership agreement elements.
  • Assist with monitoring and supplying sports business news, trends, and corporate activity that will help build prospect and partner relationships.
  • Game Day Preparation - Prepare the Partnership Court Report and schedule meetings with the Engagement team to review prior to each home game.
  • Assists with partner activations and events both onsite and offsite.
  • Assists with game day activations and ensure all elements of the activations are collected and organized prior to the start of the specified game. Fulfill other game day duties as assigned.

Group Sales

  • Developing and prospecting potential ticketing initiatives, packages, or theme nights.
  • Facilitating pregame, in-game, and postgame group sales events and fan experiences.
  • Contribute to execution of the Pistons Season Ticket Member Rewards Platform.
  • Work along side Pistons DET Managerial Developmental program to gain insights on Ticket Sales Department leadership strategies.

What weโ€™re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree required from a college or university in related field (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience related to the Corporate Partnerships, or Group Sales departments
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to be onsite M-F, holidays, weekends, and nights as needed
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creativity to develop new or outstanding sales initiatives that can drive ticket sales.
  • Customer service skills or experience
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and display critical thinking skills
  • Self-improver, possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
