Are you ready to join the PROS? The Detroit Pistons Rotational Opportunity is a nine-month graduate rotational program focused on developing well rounded talent through an immersive learning experience!

As the Production Graduate Associate, you will learn the core proficiencies of production video editing and control room production throughout our Graduate Associate rotational program! Associates will spend 4 - 5 months in two different departments throughout their vertical focus. We are seeking a team member with a positive, upbeat outlook that can lead and connect with a diverse population!

What youโ€™ll be doing:

Production Video Editing

  • Assist with rating and tagging videos and photos on internal MAM system
  • Assist in production shoots, both photo and video
  • Act as assist editor prepping timelines, locating footage and shot listing
  • Assist photographer on game nights

Control Room Production

  • Work closely with Senior Control Room Producer to help manage all video board and creative items loaded into the control room for gameday show
  • Assist Senior Control Room Producer with creative direction and production of video board segments
  • Assist with media management, creative request tracking, and footage requests
  • Create gameday video board graphics or video content as needed
  • Assist entertainment team managers with social media video creation as needed
  • Prepare and distribute game day scripts and production notes for control room staff
  • Learn and operate control room equipment as needed
  • Consistent research and pitching of new and innovative game presentation ideas and technology

What weโ€™re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree required from a college or university in related field (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience related to the Digital Marketing departments
  • Ability to be onsite M-F, holidays, weekends, and nights as needed
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn).
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools and familiarity with graphic design platforms like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
  • HTML or other web language knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and be solutions oriented
  • Proficient in grammar and writing short form copy
