JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager of Cheer Operations (SMCO) is responsible for leadership of the day-to-day business operations for both the Denver Broncos Cheer program and the Junior Denver Broncos Cheer program ensuring they are fully integrated into the overall marketing/fan engagement strategy. This is inclusive of oversight, planning and execution of auditions, gameday performances, team sponsorships, public appearances, management of team vendor relationships and content creation. This SMCO will also make meaningful contributions to the Marketing Department by assisting with the planning and execution of fan-facing promotions & initiatives.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
