Columbus Crew is seeking a Coordinator, Stadium Operations, that will be responsible for assisting with the safe and effective operation of Lower.Com Field, including the day-to-day management of all stadium functions. The position requires physical labor and technical skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hiring and training of all part-time Stadium Operations Assistants
    • Assist in the direction of proper training for all appropriate operations teams on building management and safety.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations task list for Field
  • Assist with the development, management and updating of department policies and procedures.
    • Aid in the monitoring and executing of necessary building inspections.
  • Assist in preparation and management of the Stadium Operations budget.
  • Assist with the management of facility projects including, but not limited to
    • Lifecycle management, upgrades and or improvements of space and/or equipment, signage alterations, seat upgrades, etc.
  • Provide any operational support and staff needed for special events, game days, or hospitality functions.
  • Organize and secure all stadium storage areas.

    • Recognized as one of the finest stadiums and stadium operations in professional sports.
    • Comply with MLS Best Practices
    • Demonstrated high degree of problem solving, efficiency, and provided guest-friendly environment.
    • Effectively managed stadium events and projects
    • Demonstrated knowledge of most up-to-date systems and operations of a sports facility
    • Demonstrated strong management, training and leadership.
    • Consistently managed budgets to targeted amount.
