PT- Grounds Crew – Ballpark Operations


Responsible for performing grounds, turf and landscape maintenance assigned by the Head and Assistant Groundskeeper.


  • Perform turf and landscape activities such as such as dragging the infield for in-game maintenance, raking, tamping and watering the playing field.
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of irrigation system.
  • Assist with the set up and removal of batting practice equipment.
  • Prune and trim trees, shrubs and flowers.
  • Assist in the placement and removal of the infield tarp during inclement weather.
  • Assist with cleanup and maintenance of tools, equipment and the shop work area.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


  • Skills and knowledge to perform routine manual and physical tasks regularly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and consistent punctuality.
  • Ability to operate grounds equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.


  • The seasonal groundkeeper work schedule operates from March – October. Includes long and flexible hours during the baseball season such as weekdays, weeknights, holidays and weekends.


  • $18.29/hr. This is a part time position not eligible for all company benefits
