Part-Time Ticket Office-Ticket Window Sales and Service
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide seasonal support at the ticket windows in the Ticket Office during both game days and non-game days. Includes selling tickets at the windows and providing customer service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Sell tickets at the windows in a quick and efficient manner for future games and day of game.
- Excellent oral communication with fans.
- Resolve fan issues β Fan Accommodation / Customer Service areas.
- Accurately balance and provide paperwork for daily sales batch and deposit.
- Assist in exchanging accessible seating and rescheduled games.
- Answer 303-ROCKIES calls when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous ticketing experience and familiarity with Ticketmaster is helpful, although not required.
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience, as well as cash handling experience, is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency using computers is essential.
- Bi-lingual applicants, especially those with Spanish are encouraged to apply.
- The ability to work evenings and weekends is required.
- Required to work the 90-point minimum for the season (roughly 30 games).
- Must be friendly, enjoy working with the public and convey a professional image and demeanor.
- Excellent oral communication skills required.
- Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a fast-paced team environment is required.
- Must be able to login into Archtics and be able to sell tickets.
- Proficiency using the Ballpark and Ticketmaster Apps. required.
WORK SCHEDULE:
GAME DAY HOURS
Monday through Sunday when home games are scheduled. The report time is two hours and 30 minutes before game time and usually lasts until as early as 1 β 1 Β½ hours into the game or as late as the conclusion of the 7th inning, depending on needs and scheduling.
REGULAR (NON-GAME) HOURS
Includes all hours of business that are not considered game hours during the baseball season. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
SALARY RANGE:
- $18.81 per hour. This is a temporary status, part-time position not eligible for all company benefits.
