Job Title: Ticketing CRM Associate
Department: Ticket Operations
Reports To: CRM Manager
FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt
The Cincinnati Reds seek a dedicated and hardworking individual to help assist with the organization’s various Ticketing CRM initiatives. The role’s primary objectives will be to work with the organization’s CRM team to generate new sales and renewal campaigns and to clean up duplicate accounts and negligible fields within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The role is responsible for maximizing efficiency and accuracy from within the CRM system.

Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment and in a “game-day” environment with responsibilities where the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
Hours may include nights, weekends and holidays
