Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator

The Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator will work within the PNC Arena Marketing Department to support the PNC Arena brand and experience. Key roles of this position include creating and maintaining marketing collateral for venue and event promotion, managing a consistent brand image, and enhancing the event experience for artists and guests alike.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and creation of various PNC Arena design initiatives, including marketing materials for events, advertising campaigns, and in-house assets
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing collateral, including upcoming event listings, digital ads, signage, and other items as needed, from concept to completion
  • Work with internal and external representatives and vendors to maintain brand standards
  • Ability to work with and create in-house graphics for tours, following external brand guidelines when needed
  • Support PNC Arena’s digital and social media presence by being knowledgeable and executing on industry trends through themed graphics, contests, digital ads, Instagram Reels, and more
  • Work closely with marketing team to create visual assets that enhance the venue’s storytelling efforts
  • Develop and implement programs to grow email database, social media accounts, and increase brand awareness
  • Coordinate across departments to manage all in-house inventory used to promote upcoming events, including TV spots, digital ads, and emails
  • Provide support in various capacities for concerts, comedy shows, family shows, and other events, including day-of-event activities that create memorable moments for PNC Arena guests, artists, and touring staff
  • Participate in special projects and presentations, as well as perform other related duties as requested and assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred, Marketing, Communications, Sports & Entertainment Management, or equivalent experience required
  • Prior live music or entertainment experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of graphic design work experience required (interning, freelancing, part-time, or full-time)
  • Strong graphic design skill set, including training and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or any other video editing and motion graphics experience is strongly preferred
  • Social media account management for a brand or business entity is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects in an efficient manner
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and adaptability to evolving event needs
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team setting to achieve marketing goals
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the arena event schedule
  • Must pass a criminal background check


This is an hourly non-exempt position
