THE POSITION
The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and executing planned ticketing sales marketing campaigns, focusing on digital advertising platforms, and coordinating the production and trafficking of advertising assets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performance Marketing: Collaborate with Brand Marketing Specialists and Brand Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns for multiple team within CSEC.
- Digital Advertising: Assist in deploying creative assets, setting up campaigns, and contributing ad copy on various digital advertising platforms both external and internal.
- Advertising Asset Management: Assists in trafficking advertising assets and assist in developing various creative assets, including print, digital, OOH, radio, and television. Archival of all campaign assets is also critical.
- Generate and Maintain QR Codes: Create and manage QR codes for various marketing initiatives to ensure seamless access and tracking for campaigns.
- Reporting: Some limited assistance with data entry and tracking on department reports.
In addition, some limited support for the following:
- Email Marketing: Assist in coordinating content for emails and executing weekly email campaigns
- Event Marketing: Some limited participation, planning and execution of a few select game day and special event brand marketing activations.
- Promotional Marketing: Assist in some limited contesting set up and prizing fulfillment.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
THE INDIVIDUAL
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Digital Advertising Platforms: Strong working knowledge of multiple digital advertising platforms, with experience of at least one of Meta advertising and/or Google advertising platform.
- Copywriting/Communications: Background in copywriting or communications is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring optimal development and timely completion of all required tasks.
