Join the team as Lead Coach within our foundation
Are you an experienced coach? Can you deliver high quality football sessions? Then we have the opportunity for you…
We are recruiting a Lead Coach to work within our football participation program in East Sussex. You will deliver a minimum of 28 hours a week practical sessions, using the remainder of your time to complete important administrative requirements. You will create engaging session plans for the girls, ensuring sessions are delivered to the highest standards and identify future talent for the program.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and a consistent team player. You will have a good understanding and knowledge of football and ideally have previous experience of after-school club activity.
As a minimum, you will need to hold the following qualifications:
· UEFA C Licence
· Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate
· Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
