Major responsibilities:

Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Assist various Executives and departments with assignments as needed.
Assist with execution of time-sensitive initiatives including communication and logistics.
Assist with the project management of special projects which may include compiling presentations, setting meeting agendas, adhering to project deadlines, etc.
Acts as a liaison with other leaders, departments, outside agencies, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Clear and effective written communication skills.
Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Proven experience in project management and prioritization skills.
Service orientated with a proactive and professional demeanor.
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
Possess a good business acumen including computing skills, verbal communication, and organization.
Strong work ethic, dedication, and reliability.
Must complete a successful background check
