The Atlanta Braves Guest Services team is dedicated to creating positive memories and experiences for each fan we encounter through our welcoming attitudes, proactive service, dedication to excellence, and our desire to make each guest a part of the Braves family. A Guest Services role may be for you if:

  • You are prepared to work approximately 85% of the games following your potential hire date.
  • You can report 2.5 hours before first pitch and remain on-site for up to an hour after the last out.
  • You can stay active for a minimum of 6 hours.
  • You can work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
  • You have reliable transportation ensuring you can commute to and from work for all games, including instances of weather delays or extra innings.

We are hiring for the following roles:

Accessible Services Ambassador

We are seeking compassionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as an Accessible Services Ambassador. In this role, you will be dedicated to ensuring the comfort and convenience of our guests with accessibility needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests by pushing wheelchairs with our complimentary service, warmly welcoming guests, and proactively offering assistance as needed.

Booth Ambassador

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Booth Ambassador, where you will be instrumental in providing outstanding guest services throughout Truist Park. Your primary responsibilities will include staffing guest services booth locations providing timely and professional problem-solving, facilitating ticket package redemptions, and managing the lost and found process with a commitment to delivering efficient and friendly service.

Greeter

We are seeking friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Greeter, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests at Truist Park. Your responsibilities will encompass warmly welcoming guests as their first point of contact and ensuring they leave with a fond farewell. You will be stationed at entry gates, assisting guests at gate queues, scanning tickets as they enter the ballpark, and facilitating the distribution of playbills and promotional items to our guests.

Hospitality Ambassador

We are in search of dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests at Truist Park. Your responsibilities will include facilitating all games and attractions in the Hope and Will’s Sandlot, assisting guests in redeeming the Atlanta Braves Kids Club, warmly welcoming and hosting groups in our hospitality spaces, and ensuring that guests have the appropriate ticketed access to specific areas. Your job duties will be based on a rotational schedule throughout each homestand, providing you with an engaging and diverse work experience.

Premium Services Host

We are currently seeking dedicated and personable individuals to join our team as a Premium Services Host at Truist Park. In this role, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and hosting Atlanta Braves Premium Members and their guests for the duration of their visit. You will play a key role in ensuring that guests have the appropriate ticketed access to specific areas, including suites, club environments, and ticketed seats. Your focus will be on anticipating and fulfilling the needs of these premium guests to enhance their overall experience.

Usher

We are seeking friendly and attentive individuals to join our team as an Usher, playing a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests at Truist Park. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests upon arrival at their section and assisting them in locating their correct seat. Establishing and maintaining relationships with Braves A-List Members (season ticket holders) is a priority, reflecting our commitment to fostering positive connections with our valued guests.
