The Role


We are looking for a Ticketing System Coordinator to support the team in delivering all aspects of ticketing including system configurations for matches and events.

This role will be responsible for the management of the ticketing inventory, the functionality within the ticketing platforms for both Women’s and Men's fixtures and will also play a key part in supporting the design and rollout of the club’s ticketing approach for our Women's First Team games.

Your day-to-day


  • Manage the ticket sales process for home and away fixtures - you'll play a key role in the determination of sale dates and approach as well as system set-up
  • Update ticketing content on our club channels - you will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure all ticketing information is communicated to supporters in an optimal way
  • Aid critical administrative processes - you'll carry out tasks that relate to the ticketing process such as reconciliation of fixtures and financial balancing of ticketing transactions
  • Support the matchday ticketing operation - you will work across operations for Women’s and Men's home and away matches, which can be on premise or remote
  • Assist with the season ticket renewal process - you'll provide support for the preparation and delivery of the renewal process of season tickets for both our Men’s and Women’s teams
  • Uphold accurate inventory management - you will be key in ensuring that any internal and external requirements for Women’s and Men’s fixtures are met
  • Handle ticket fulfillment - you'll support the fulfilment of tickets for Women's and Men's fixtures whether digital or physical
  • Produce vital reports - you will be entrusted to create important reports to support ticketing operation, reconciliation and analysis
  • Oversee ticket management functionality - you'll be managing the ticket management functionality available to supporters (e.g. Ticket Exchange, Ticket Transfer, Cashback Service)

What we are looking for


  • Proven background in ticketing - you come with demonstrable experience working in a high-volume ticketing environment, with understanding of access control
  • Customer-first approach - you're well versed in working within a customer centric, team environment that places the highest importance on fantastic customer service levels
  • Dependable administrative skills - you are equipped with previous experience in an administrative role
  • Solid industry knowledge - you possess a solid understanding of the sport or entertainment industry and you have a familiarity of using the Sport XR, Future Ticketing or Fortress systems
  • Excellent organisational skills - you're able to prioritise key tasks according to club objectives
  • Proactive stakeholder management and communication skills - you build and uphold winning relationships with colleagues and are able to articulate your ideas with clarity
  • Supporter first mentality - you ensure our club values are delivered when planning our ticketing approach and operation
  • Attention to detail - you're proud to work in a timely and effective way without compromising on detail or accuracy
