The Role
We are looking for a Senior Ticketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our Ticketing and Venue Strategy team within our Venue department.
In this crucial role, you'll be entrusted to oversee the day-to-day operation of our ticketing operations. You will enthusiastically take responsibility for ensuring our ticketing experience is best-in-class for our supporters, both on our online platforms and on a matchday. Working closely with our Head of Ticketing, you will make key contributions to our ticketing strategy and you'll ensure that it's delivered in line with our objectives.

Your day-to-day
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team - you'll passionately line manage a team that's responsible for the set up and delivery of ticketing for all Women’s and Men's First Team fixtures as well as any other relevant events at Emirates Stadium, Meadow Park, away matches and all neutral venues
- Partner with senior colleagues - you will unite with our Head of Ticketing on our ticketing strategy and you will be empowered to plan and execute process enhancements relating to the ticketing operation that are required to deliver both the ticketing and wider commercial strategy
- Oversee crucial ticketing workstreams - you'll diligently take responsibility for the planning and delivery of all ticketing tasks required to successfully deliver the annual season ticket and membership renewal and new sales cycles
- Build effective relationships with external partners - you will be trusted to establish and maintain impactful relationships with our ticketing partners to ensure a smooth delivery of services to supporters
- Manage ticketing allocation and sales processes - you will ensure the maximisation of both ticketing revenue and inventory utilisation across all home and away fixtures for our Women's and Men's First Teams
- Collaborate with our Marketing team - you'll build impactful relationships with colleagues on our Marketing team and make sure they have all relevant information required to drive campaigns aimed at maximising ticket sales for all events
- Look after the matchday ticketing operation - you will ensure a smooth delivery and the swift resolution of any ticketing issues
- Take charge of critical projects - you'll take pride in acting as the owner for ticketing-related projects as directed by our Head of Ticketing and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver these in line with budget, deadlines and project objectives
What we are looking for
- Background in a high-volume ticketing environment - you come with extensive experience of working in a senior ticketing role within professional football
- Excellent industry knowledge - you're well versed in all matters related to football ticketing and can expertly deal with the nuances that come with it
- Inspiring line manager - you thrive when you're leading, coaching and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of improving processes - you've previously implemented significant system development and process change in a ticketing environment
- Confident communicator - you're able to work with a range of colleagues and adapt your approach as necessary and you have an innate ability to capture and distil complex concepts in a logical and clear manner
- Best-in-class stakeholder management skills - you possess the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver priorities and significant system & process improvements
- Effective multi-tasker - you excel when you're managing multiple workstreams concurrently and are able to adapt to ever shifting priorities
- Flexible and adaptable mindset - you're proud of your capacity to react quickly and flexibly to changing conditions
