We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to support our team of Chefs and ensure all kitchen space at our London Colney training facility are cleaned to an exceptional level.

Your day-to-day

  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
  • Supporting our kitchen team in restocking display fridges ready for service.
  • Maintaining records of all food safety programmes (HACCP) and ensuring correct use of the cleaning rota and closing down procedures.
  • Ensuring quality control measures and hygiene systems are always maintained.
  • Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and all industry hygiene and safety standards.



What we are looking for

  • Experience within a similar kitchen environment.
  • Good communication skills and a ‘can-do’, customer focused attitude.
  • Flexible and eager to learn and work as part of a team.
