The Role


We are looking for an IT Support Technician on a casual basis. The role will be responsible for providing first-line support with all technical training provided, making it a great opportunity for someone with an interest in IT to gain experience.

Your day-to-day


  • Provide basic technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Set up and configure new equipment, including computers, workstation peripherals and cabling
  • Assist with the auditing and maintenance of user assets and stock
  • Provide additional out of hours support for ad hoc events, hardware projects and desk moves

What we are looking for


  • Interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to support regularly during matchdays, events, and outside of standard business hours
