CRM Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Arizona Diamondbacks are looking for a CRM & Analytics Coordinator to support the Business Analytics and Ticket Sales teams by taking ownership of the day-to-day management of the club’s internal CRM system. This position will lead campaign development and analysis, lead generation and distribution, database administration, and other CRM functions.

Primary (Essential) Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day administration for the organization’s internal CRM application (including user management, data hygiene, and data manipulation).
  • Work with senior customer analyst and sales directors to coordinate lead distribution strategies for all plan, group, and suite sales, as well as season ticket member outbound campaigns.
  • Manage lead approvals and audit/reconcile inconsistencies between CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Provide intelligence on sales campaigns, sales leads, account executive efficiencies, and season ticket member renewals. Use this information to identify trends and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Through data mining, analyze customer purchase habits, behaviors, and demographics to identify customer profiles and purchase trends to provide best potential leads to Account Executives and maximize revenue.
  • Create visual dashboards for Sales Department Directors using CRM tools and Tableau software.
  • Champion data accuracy and data quality. Constantly scrub (merge/purge) CRM and Archtics to ensure data correctness and consistency.
  • Assist with the development and growth of the team’s CRM application to help innovate and evolve the product.
  • Work with IT to coordinate CRM and SQL strategies/functionality for reporting and data automation.
  • Support other projects as needed by the organization and Business Analytics team.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities

  • Ability to collect and interpret data, analyze trends, determine opportunities, draw insights, and make recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, etc.).
  • Proficient user of SQL with an ability to query across multiple data sources.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in both technical and practical terms in a professional environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
