The starting hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.

Business Intelligence Intern (PT Seasonal) will provide ad-hoc reporting assistance to the Business Intelligence Department.

Responsibilities

Create advanced reports and models by combining multiple data sources and visualize data in Tableau/Power BI to help inform business decisions
Assist leadership with forecasting and demand modeling for the 2024-25 Anaheim Ducks season
Create and implement machine learning algorithms to automate processes, improve the maturity of analytics, and increase the business value of data for leadership
Support setup and QA of data pipelines
Assist with Rinks-related analytics projects
Other projects as needed by the management team

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree
In progress/completed Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or other highly related fields of study preferred
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be detail and numbers oriented with the ability to multi-task
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
Effective time management and organizational skills
