The NFL’s Tennessee Titans are looking for a proven Partnership Activation Sr. Manager / Manager to join our Corporate Partnerships team. The role will manage the overall experience and value for Titans corporate partners in their collaboration with the franchise. The Partnership Activation Sr. Manager / Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and day-to-day management with high-level customer service and consultation to an assigned list of Titans corporate partners. This position will act as the liaison between multiple partners and internal departments to drive partnership initiatives for the Tennessee Titans.
The role will work under the direction of the Director of Partnership Activation, and in cooperation with various internal stakeholders to consistently deliver top-tier partnership deliverables and client hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of corporate partners and their activation elements.
- Fulfill contract agreements and provide a high level of service and consultation in addition to and day to day account management.
- Manage several business lines on behalf of the department to ensure all corporate partnership elements are fulfilled and all inventory is utilized (i.e. television, radio, digital, etc.).
- Manage sponsored initiatives on gamedays and at non-gameday events.
- Develop and execute strategies for renewals and expansion of existing partnerships.
- Track inventory and deliver reports to Titans partners and partnership sales team.
- Support Titans staff on gameday, as well as events and community initiatives, year-round.
- Provide accurate, reliable reporting/CRM information to be used in tracking and execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing multiple, high-level accounts for a professional, minor league, or collegiate sports property.
- An ability and willingness to, and track record of, significantly exceeding baseline performance expectations.
- Superior time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization, particularly with assigned corporate partners.
- Ability to interface with clients with a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
- Decision making capability with respect to duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university with a specialty in Marketing, Sports Management, or related field, preferred.
