Position: Strength & Conditioning Director/ Head Strength Coach

Position Summary:
The San Francisco Giants are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Director to join the Baseball Operations department. This position will oversee the Strength & Conditioning program for the Major League Team both in and off-season. In addition, he/she will manage staff and help develop programing for Minor League players. This individual must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with other departments including practitioners.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $125,000 to $150,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors the San Francisco Giants consider relevant to the hiring decision.
