Part-Time Box Office Staff
The purpose of the Box Office Staff is primarily to provide customer service and assist fans on our ticketing app; SeatGeek.
Essential Functions/ Major Responsibilities (in order of importance):
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work with Unify Ticketing software.
- Assist fans with ticketing issues on SeatGeek app.
Requirements
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Flexible schedule: ability to work game days
- Computer proficient
- Ability to learn ticketing software
- Outgoing personality
- Quick learner
- Previous ticketing experience preferred, but not needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Customer Service
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
