Responsibilities:

  • Assist during baseball and non-baseball events responding to radio requests for set up and removal.
  • Assist with daily maintenance and upkeep of various departments at the stadium.
  • Assist with tarp crew in the event of rain, help in concession operation, and stadium maintenance crew.
  • Assist with any supplemental events at the ballpark or in the community.
  • Responsible for working with a team to convert and prepare the ballpark for events.
  • On-Field Fun Team that helps get the crowd involved in the game and runs the on-field events between innings.
  • Run in-game promotional events such as speed pitch and assisting in passing out giveaway items.
  • Acts as a secondary Emcee during Marauders/Spring training baseball games.
  • Post-game clean-up duties.
  • Supplement game day staff such as ticket takers and ushers as needed.
  • Fill in as Mascot, as needed.


Requirements

  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work event nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience preferred.
