Department Mission

Use knowledge and expertise in game of baseball, pitching, pitch design, movement patterning, and communication to structure, organize, and develop our organizational pitchers at assigned level.

Role Responsibilities

Direct Responsibility of:

• Continued development of pitchers
• Designs of daily practice plans for pitchers
• Game planning and communication of advanced scouting reports
• Assist manager with in-game and weekly decisions and pitching strategy
• Organizational Reporting
• Continued openness to learning and search for knowledge to better the organization

Organize and Facilitate:

• Development of player plans for all pitchers
• Pre-game and Post-game reviews
• Communication with Pitching Coach at level above and below on call ups and send downs
• Collaboration with Performance Staff to schedule return to play rehab and build up plans
