The Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey Operations R&D Fellowship Program is designed to be flexible based on applicants’ schedules, but we ask for a 6-month commitment, at minimum. Fellows are paid hourly (based on a 40-hour week) and are eligible to earn overtime. The organization’s preference is the fellow be based in Pittsburgh, PA for the full term, but will consider remote setups on a case-by-case basis. The program offers a unique path to a full-time position based on individual performance and future potential at the discretion of your manager.
