Support the Ticket Services Department in building, maintaining and elevating customer service levels. Representatives will assist with game day activation, including ticketed group areas and pre-game benefit activations. This role will also support the Ticket Services Department in building, maintaining and elevating customer service levels for season ticket licensees and group clients. This position requires an autonomous, energetic individual willing to work flexible hours.
