Overview
As part of Strength and Conditioning Department, the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach – Dominican Republic will provide overall supervision/implementation of the strength and conditioning program for minor league players. Evaluates, motivates, and educates athletes in all aspects as it relates to performance enhancement and durability.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate must have at minimum, a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and two years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speaking is required.
