Overview
As part of the Performance Nutrition Department, The Kitchen Dishwasher assists our culinary team to maintain a clean and sanitary work area. We aim to provide fresh, local, sustainable, and nutrient dense meals tailored to our players and staff to operate at peak performance.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains dish and pot washing area and distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
- Inspect all kitchen surfaces to ensure that all areas are safe and sanitary in accordance with food handling procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness of work area especially during peak hours.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidates with strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are preferred. This position is based out of our Arizona Spring Training facility in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates with at least one year of experience in a catering or buffet style restaurant are preferred.

- Gain hands-on application of Performance Nutrition principles, program design, and nutrition education.
- Exposure to performance technologies to educate and drive performance nutrition decisions.
- Ability to work alongside all levels of the Milwaukee Brewers baseball player population.
- Work in close proximity and partnership with our performance science department, rehabilitation team, and strength and conditioning leadership group.
