Overview
The President strategically manages all Wilson/Carolina Class A operations (Affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club) and provides long-range leadership and vision for the Club. The person in this position ensures organizational and financial goals are achieved as well as the long-term growth and viability of the franchise. The President serves as the team’s key public liaison and ensures a world-class facility and experience at the Wilson Baseball Park in Wilson, North Carolina.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises full-time staff and consultants responsible for the operation and maintenance of Wilson Baseball Park. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and 5 to 10 years related experience in sports business operations or ballpark operations, including management of staff; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The employee must be able to run for short periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold and various forms of precipitation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Game related responsibilities may be loud.
Work Hours
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm, however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Must work all home games.
