The Miami HEAT is looking for a Retail Associate at our Miami International Airport Location. Effectively use product knowledge to sell all merchandise and adhere to the customer service program. Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills are preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list:

  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Operating cash registers.
  • Achieving individual sales goals.
  • Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
  • Increasing in-store sales.
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
  • Adhere to all policies and security procedures.
