The Miami HEAT and the Kaseya Center are seeking Miami HEAT Sales Academy Representatives to join our dynamic sales team and assist in driving sellouts of the Kaseya Center. Miami HEAT Sales Academy Representatives will be responsible for generating new ticket revenue through the sale of season tickets, partial season tickets, and group ticketed events.
Miami HEAT Sales Academy Representatives will be responsible for prospecting for new sales opportunities throughout the South Florida community via meetings at the Arena, schools, and in the business community. Ideal candidates are eager to learn about the sales process and work in a team environment. Candidates will build loyalty and develop strong relationships with new and current customers, fans, and community leaders.
Representatives will work assigned Miami HEAT home games and experience working in a live sports environment. Representatives will learn sales telemarketing skills to generate new prospects to set outside meetings. Individuals will utilize LinkedIn to generate new leads and prospects. Work with the Director of Training, Business Development to establish monthly and annual goals for personal and professional development. Maintain CRM database for communicating with contacts.
Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Associate’s degree (A. A.) or current Junior or Senior from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills and professional selling skills. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but is not required.
