Interested in working in Media Production for a championship sports organization? The Miami Heat is seeking to hire an Intern, Content Studio. The department seeks energetic, can-do interns to aid members of the Miami HEAT’s Content team for the Summer 2024, June – August. This Internship is an educational program designed for Junior and Senior students interested in pursuing a career in production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

Interns will assist in all areas of production. Organizing historical clips, record/log NBA games and highlights, archive interviews. Other day-to-day tasks include archiving of media clips, events, and highlight reels, labeling game reels and ENG tapes into library system. Interns will also have the opportunity to shadow during community events, interview sessions, film shoots and other with department within the organization.

  • Interns can work up to 29 hours per week (25 hours minimum) for this paid internship. Students must be enrolled in school and are required to provide official documentation.
  • Participants must have strong computer skills, written and verbal communication skills. A passion for being creative and producing high-quality content is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to work a variety of long and unique hours including weekends and holidays.
