The Purpose:
The role will focus on delivering a physical development programme to the Manchester United Women’s First Team while building the programme and philosophy of work with the growing team across the academy phases. This involves the delivery of comprehensive physical preparation programmes, based on sound strength & conditioning and sports science principles. A key requirement is to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, in alignment with established practices implemented by Manchester United physical performance department, contributing to the development of a world-class high-performance environment. Key stakeholders will be the Head coach, Head of Women’s Football and MUFC Head of Physical Performance.
