The focus of this role is to support the learner journey at CFG by ensuring our processes are agile, content is effective, and we deliver engaging learning experiences.

Your Impact

  • Be the first point of contact to resolve learner and supplier queries. Provide administrative support to enable a seamless learner journey from initiation to completion, liaising with employees, People Services, line managers and the Finance team.
  • Curate and maintain learning materials to build online learning pathways on our LMS system (Litmos). Conducting regular reviews on course engagement, ensuring content remains up to date, relevant and is delivered to the correct audience.
  • Coordinate logistics for online and in person development sessions using our online development systems (Litmos, Mindflick & Saville). Utilising the systems to manage cohort notifications, track completion, upload surveys and share supporting learning materials.
  • Monitor and report on learning engagement across all platforms; working to ensure high levels of compliance for regulatory and non-regulatory learning.
  • Evidence impact of learning undertaken by designing and implementing surveys to learners through our LMS. Producing reports with insights to inform decision making on learning effectiveness & future initiatives.
  • Fully understand the LMS capabilities and stay on top of new updates and releases working with Tech and Data, System & Insights to implement new functionality that enhances the learning offering where appropriate.

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Relevant experience of working as part of a Learning and Development team
  • Experience of working with an online Learning Management System (system administration & content curation)
  • Project management where process mapping and systems knowledge is required

Desirable

  • Experience working with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate) would be an advantage
