The role

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to join CFG’s Service Desk team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support and help maintain technology systems for CFG employees. Your focus will be on delivering top-tier service across global users and ensuring seamless technical operations during events, including MCFC and MCWFC fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level technical support to users across all CFG locations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Be the main point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing responsive and effective support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktop operating systems and mobile devices.
  • Manage escalated tickets and ensure that clients receive timely updates on progress.
  • Support technical systems for MCFC and MCWFC fixtures, as well as concerts and other live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Substantial experience in a 2nd Line Support role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, especially to senior staff
  • Expertise in supporting Windows 10, MacOS, and mobile devices (iOS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016/365 support
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and TCP/IP
  • Familiarity with security-conscious practices and IT documentation

Desirable:

  • Experience with SharePoint administration and Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and PowerShell
  • Experience supporting technology for live events
  • ITIL Foundation v3 certification
