We have an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our Liverpool FC Foundation team as Casual Foundation Phase Age Group Coach's. In this role you will work with the LFC Foundation to support and develop all players within the group to attain the highest levels of performance in a safe, secure, and supportive environment and drive and nurture a positive culture within the training group.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have recent proven experience of working with young athletes within a football environment, as well as relevant working experience in a position which showcases an understanding of different teaching and learning styles to support young people's development. You’ll have an understanding of the modern young player in terms of their physical and psychological development, including an up to date understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures. It is desirable that you have an understanding & knowledge of the women and girls’ talent pathway.
Essential qualifications for the role:
You’ll also have a willingness to be flexible and change with the demands of a situation. You will be able to showcase an interest and genuine care about player needs, including providing players personalised support and communication. You will be able to demonstrable commitment to the Liverpool FC Foundation’s mission and values.
