The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League’s AFC South Division. The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, playing their first regular season home game on September 3, 1995 in Jacksonville, Fla., and have since won four division titles. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan, a visionary leader whose businesses include Flex-N-Gate, Fulham Football Club, All Elite Wrestling, Bold Events and Iguana Investments. Over the next several years, the Jaguars and Iguana Investments will complete Phase 1 of the Shipyards, a reimagination of the riverfront which will include a Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, an office building and modernized marina, as well as begin additional projects to transform the area around the stadium into a year-round, mixed-use sports and entertainment district.

Summary

The Seasonal Program Assistant is responsible for assistance with planning, logistics and activations for all Jaguars Prep (youth football) initiatives and Foundation activations during the season.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and support all Jaguars Prep initiatives (7 on 7, PAL Camp, Fantasy Camp, Gameday Combine, etc.)
  • Assist and support all Jaguars Foundation and NFL Initiatives (including Crucial Catch, Salute to Service, My Cause My Cleats, Stadium 5K, Back to Football Luncheon, etc.)
  • Game day preparation, including securing all supplies needed, preparing supplies and equipment for game day activation, moving equipment and supplies (kiosks, tables coolers, combine stations, etc.), and returning items post-game, distribution of game day parking and credentials
  • Assist with community donations. Prepare and distribute and/or mail out care packages, auction items, donations, etc.
  • Manage deep storage space and inventory
  • Oversee Coach and Player of the Week program
  • Coordinate Community Corner at Training Camp

  • Job Requirements
  • Experience working with youth in sports programs
  • Good standing driving record and current FL driver’s license
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs or more
  • Comfort leading and speaking to large groups of youth and adults
  • Basic knowledge of football strategy and skill fundamentals
  • Well organized and able to multitask
  • Strong communication skills, including writing
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
