Department: Safety & Security

Reports to: Director of Safety, Security, and Guest Experience

Job Summary:

The Event Auditor will play a key role in helping FC Cincinnati improve its event day experience as it helps FC Cincinnati evaluate its front-line staff. By blending into the crowd and assuming the role of a fan at soccer matches and other events hosted by the club, the Event Auditor will test and evaluate various aspects of the TQL Stadium event day experience.

The Event Auditor will have a list of tasks to complete during each event and will be expected to submit a post-event evaluation form to the Director of Safety, Security, and Guest Experience. The Event Auditor may be asked to participate in follow-up meetings to explain their experience more fully at each event.

Work Hours
The Event Auditor is an event-based position, including nights and weekends. A typical event lasts five to six hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as an Event Auditor during TQL Stadium Events.
  • Test and evaluate various aspects of the TQL Stadium match day experience.
  • Interact with and evaluate TQL Stadium’s Guest Experience and Security staff members. While not currently planned, this position could also interact and evaluate other areas such as (parking, concessions, merchandise, etc.
  • Assess the cleanliness and organization of various locations within TQL Stadium (Team Store, restrooms, etc.)
  • Complete post-event evaluations of the TQL Stadium match day experience, staff and protocols.
