THE POSITION

Reporting organisationally to the Head of Ticketing Operations, the Ticketing System Configuration Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing and Hospitality team, and work in close collaboration with the Ticketing Product Managers in Zurich and other key individuals responsible for delivering the ticketing system. The main responsibilities and oversights of the Ticketing System Configuration Specialist for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

• Process ticketing system configuration requests from various teams or users according to an agreed schedule
• Ensure that requests align with the ticketing system capabilities and organizational policies Address user queries and troubleshoot issues related to system configuration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their specific configuration needs
• Provide guidance and support to users in understanding system features
• Conduct quality checks on configured elements to ensure accuracy and functionality
• Report and address any issues or discrepancies identified during quality assurance Communicate changes in system configurations to relevant stakeholders
• Verify that proper authorization is obtained for configuration modifications
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure proper testing of configuration changes
• Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Assist in managing and resolving incidents related to system configuration

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or similar level of education

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• Fluent in English

Technology

• Proficient in Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Experience in a ticketing system would be a strong asset
• Familiarity with SQL would be an asset
