THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:
· In charge of dedicated FIFA Member Associations for all Financial Management & Financial Governance related matters
· Support on the annual central audit process (as per FIFA FORWARD regulations)
· Review of the audit reports and analysis provided by independent audit providers. Drafting and monitoring of tailor-made action plans for the Member Associations
· Preparing summary reports for FIFA’s (Governance) Audit and Compliance Committee
· Analysis of the financial audit reports, financial statements, identification of outcomes, possible non-compliance and identification of possible risks for the Member Associations and FIFA
· Missions on the field in the frame of capacity building (tailor-made support)
· Participation in tailor-made workshops for Member Associations
· Evaluation of FORWARD projects submitted by Member Associations and release of funds

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

· Bachelors degree or similar higher education in Finance/Audit/Accounting or Economics
· General awareness of International Football economy and business
· Capacity to provide analytical and financial analysis and reporting (Financial report analysis including Balance sheet, Lost and profit account, etc.)

· Data analytics experience an advantage
· 3-5 years of experience in audit or accounting/finance

· Working in an international and multicultural environment an advantage
