Job Title: CRM Business Analyst intern

Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Sr. Vice President of Technology
FLSA: Salary, Exempt

Job Purpose:
The CRM Business Analyst will work with the CRM team to provide information and insight regarding campaign effectiveness to measure performance and support business decisions. The Analyst will conduct analyses to identify critical factors that drive customer behaviors and relevant data to provide decision support for the Corporate Partners departments. The Analyst will also analyze the data to identify trends/targets with a high probability of driving ticket sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide measurable analysis of marketing campaigns and sales activities
  • Manage and support MS Dynamics CRM for the sales and fulfillment team
  • Maintain accurate PowerBI reports
  • Create new reports based on multiple data sources
  • Integrate market research data with our CRM systems to create new leads
  • Build Sales & Marketing dashboards that visualize key performance indicators
  • Use historical data and predictive tools to assist in sales expectations and goals
  • Manage various projects and work closely with senior management to interpret findings

Experience, Education, and Licensure:
Pursuing bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in business administration, Information Systems, or related field required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL query
  • Knowledge of Windows software, MS Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of reporting dashboards
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Candidate must be detailed oriented and proactive

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
